Long Beach CRE Leaders Gather for Insightful Tour & Discussion with Long Beach City Council Member

The Long Beach/South Bay Regional Council led by Ana Wood (Kilroy Realty) and Justin Monteleone (ABM) recently gathered for an informative tour and discussion alongside Long Beach City Councilmember Mary Zendejas and the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Attendees toured 180 East Ocean Boulevard, a recently renovated 12-story office tower in Long Beach, California.
The Orden Company shared its unique features with us, like its beautiful ocean views, conference center, and co-working spaces to help tenants attract and keep employees.
The tour also spotlighted two tenants, Kimley Horn and Boos and Associates, playing a vital role in revitalizing Long Beach’s economy and strengthening the local community.
Insights from Local Leaders
The tour provided a free-flowing thought forum between Long Beach area Commercial real estate experts, Councilwoman Mary Zendejas and the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Coucilmember Mary Zendejas was particularly informative in her offerings as the local Councilmember in the area. Many didn’t know the Port of Long Beach was a military outpost, and the property still retains their gun turrets from World War II!
