LA County Department of Economic Opportunity Joins BOMA/GLA at Real Estate Forecast & Board Installation

2025 Real Estate Forecast

LA County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Director Kelly LoBianco joined our 2025 Real Estate Forecast and Board Installation to introduce DEO’s Business-to-Business Space Share initiative.

What You Need to Know

This Real Estate Forecast and Board Installation event also featured an expert panel discussion on economic trends, shifting property values, and upcoming commercial real estate developments.

As we navigate these changes, it is more important than ever to stay engaged with programs that support business resiliency and growth.

LA County DEO’s free exchange platform connects displaced businesses and nonprofits to donated temporary spaces, offering critical support to organizations in need.

Access the platform here.

How It Impacts You

Commercial real estate professionals can quickly make a difference by listing vacant spaces on the platform.

This helps small businesses and nonprofits recover while making use of vacant properties.

The Business-to-Business Space Share program supports efforts to revitalize commercial areas and bring businesses back.

Participation in this initiative can enhance your company’s corporate social responsibility efforts and position your properties as valuable assets in economic development.
