Learning About the Importance of Property Technology
Last week BOMA/GLA hosted a Property Technology seminar titled "Future-Proofing Your Property: Budgeting for PropTech Advancements in 2025 and Beyond." The turnout was fantastic, with CRE professionals engaging in lively discussions about the challenges and opportunities in property technology.
In light of the recent CrowdStrike issue, which underscored the critical importance of cybersecurity in commercial real estate, our event provided timely insights into safeguarding digital infrastructure.
As technology continues to integrate into every aspect of property management, our speakers highlighted the need for property management teams to continuously learn and adapt. For example, learning how to seamlessly integrate new technologies with existing building systems with as few issues as possible.
For those who couldn't attend, we missed you! The discussions were very insightful and impactful as BOMA/GLA members face their budgeting season.
